The Horizon RC-40 is one of two standard exercise bikes (RC-30, RC-40) featuring a low, recumbent-style frame designed for comfort. It builds from its inferior sibling by incorporating a stronger flywheel that allows for 10 resistance options.

Plus it has 14 total workout programs and speakers for listening to an MP3 player via the embedded port. Included also is an easy-to-read backlit LCD display for tracking one’s workout and monitoring one’s heart-rate.
