Horizon GS1050T

The Horizon GS1050T is a mid-priced treadmill. This treadmill shares features in common with the identically priced GS1040T. Both treadmills have a 20" x 55" two-ply belt running surface. However, the GS1040T's is cushioned by the adjustable FLEXzone cushioning system, whereas the GS1050T's is cushioned by the CushionMAX cushioning system, which gives you fewer options.

Both the GS1040T and the GS1050T have an incline feature, but the GS1040T only inclines up to 10%, whereas the GS1050T can go up to 12%, for even more of a challenge. The GS1050T's 2.5CHP motor can go up to 12mph, whereas the GS1040T's 2.25CHP motor can only go up to 10mph. The FeatherLIGHT lift system of this treadmill (a feature shared with the GS950T but not the GS1040T) makes for easy folding and unfolding. Both the GS1050T and the GS1040T have speaker systems with an MP3 input and headphone output (a feature shared with the closely related GS950T). The GS1050T is a step up from the lower cost GS950T in that it has more a powerful motor (2.5CHP as opposed to 2.25CHP), more range of speed and incline, and twelve program options as opposed to nine. The Horizon GS1050T treadmill comes with a lifetime motor and frame warranty, and a one year parts and labor warranty.
