The Finis Aquapulse heart proof monitor includes several added features such as an ear-bud-less bone audio conduction (sound is passed through the user's jawbone to the inner ear), varying announcement timer settings, a unique heart rate record button, and a rechargeable lithium ion battery that is rechargeable via a USB connection.
The Aquapulse device attaches directly to a goggle strap and the sensor attaches to the ear-lobe.
