The grips of the Café 1 are Super Soft Kraton Rubber grips, yet another touch geared toward comfort. The foam saddle of this bike can be geared toward men or women, depending on what model you choose. The Touring Low-Rise handlebars come in a gender-specific shape, as well. The Café 1 comes equipped with an aluminum cup holder, as well as a safety bell. This bike differs from the higher cost Café 3 and Café 7 models in that it only has one speed, whereas the Café 3 and Café 7 have three and seven speeds, respectively (and so require a Shimano Revo twist grip to change speeds).
