Dell UltraSharp U2311H

$299.00 Released May, 2010

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Beautiful IPS panel - great viewing angles and colour reproduction over cheap TN panels found in the majority of laptop and desktop displays. Affordable price point compared to Dell's larger 24 and 27" offerings, other manufacturer's IPS displays. Quality metal stand - many ergonomic features such as vertical adjustment and portrait mode.

The Cons:16:9 aspect ratio - lacking in vertical resolution (200px) compared to 16:10 1080p displays. The manual is not availabel online, and there is no support information for this monitor on the Dell website. On mine, the diaplay settings are locked (if you press any of the buttons, a padlock symbol appears on the screen). I don't know how to unlock it.

The Dell UltraSharp U2311H is a mid-range 23 inch monitor. This is identical to the 21.5 inch Dell UltraSharp U2211H, with the only difference being the size. The 1920x1080 resolution displays in a 16:9 aspect ratio, and the stand allows for easy tilting and swivel.

Marc Barzo: #the_matt_joch Almost no input lag, For the price it doesnt need LED backlighting, and USB 3 would be pointless. 8ms response time has nothing to do with REAL WORLD USE. Jul 5, 10
