The chassis is made out of a PR481 material that is twice as strong as traditional magnesium alloy. The laptop itself uses a PriomoSeal technology to seal it in and protect it from dirt and liquid. The Dell Latitude E6400 XFR comes with a QuadCool thermal management system that the manufacturer claims keeps the laptop running at %100 faster system performance than the Panasonic CF30. The extended field use batteries are able to re-charge must faster than conventional batteries, making the laptop able to recharge and get back in the field fast and effectively.
