Dell Inspiron 1526

The Dell Inspiron 1526 is a 15.4'' budget oriented notebook. It replaces the 1521 as the AMD based notebook in the Inspiron line. Both the 1526 and 1526 (Intel version) are slim downed versions of the Inspiron 1520/1521 weighting 5.91lbs, down from 6.41lbs.

It offers the full range of AMD mobile processors from the budget Sempron to Turion 64 X2. Other components include up to 4GB of ram, up to 250GB hard drive, DVD combo drive, ATI X1270 integrated graphics, and an optional 2.0 mega pixel webcam. It has the option of 4, 6, or 9 cell batteries. Connectivity options includes wireless b/g/n, 100Mb ethernet, and HDMI output. The Inspiron 1526 is a good option for buyers looking for a cheap notebook for basic uses.
