Dead-Fast Insecticide Chalk

Dead-Fast Insecticide Chalk, made by the Homax Group, is a residual pesticide designed to repel and kill ants, crickets, and roaches.  The chalk works by creating a poisonous barrier through which the insects walk.

  The residue they pick up poisons them, and any other insects they come in contact with when they return to their lair.

Dead-Fast is designed for use indoors and out. It is easy to draw a single unbroken line around areas where you notice insect traffic: windows, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, etc.  The chalk loses its effectiveness when dampened (it can be washed away with soap and water when you want to clean it up), and it's important to draw an unbroken line, because insects will eventually learn to find the gaps. 

A single treatment lasts up to eight weeks.
