The Pros:Efficient and powerful Class D (digital) amplification - lighter weight and cooler than other types of amplification. Extremely impressive sound quality with the ability to get insanely loud without any distortion. Easy to setup - just a single connection to each speaker.
The Cons:Short cables make it difficult to position the oversized subwoofer in a convenient location. Fairly padestrian aesthetic - doesn't look very flashy, or even well designed/made. No digital inputs.

Yale:
#corsair_sp2500 Had fun playing with one of these in my local NCIX location. I was actually quite impressed, and it was fun to blast it - these things go LOUD. Leave it to NCIX to showcase some amazing, and somewhat expensive tech. Unfortunately I think this one is a dud, as I don't see any gamer investing in 2.1 these days. But perhaps! I don't let stereo stop me.
