The Pros:Can be used as a supplement to "ward off" or decrease likelihood of catching cold. Can relieve symptoms if early signs of a cold are detected. Active ingredient is concentrated from naturally-derived ginseng.
The Cons:Can become expensive if taken as a supplement during the winter. Some may be allergic. Lacks evidence to support that it actually helps once a cold has been contracted.
COLD-FX is an extract of North American Ginseng (Panax Quinquefolius). It is marketed as a daily supplement to improve the body’s immune system and aid in preventing common cold and flu, as well as a treatment to reduce the duration and severity of the diseases.

Omar:
#cold_fx I've used Cold FX twice in my life now. The first time around I used it when I already had a cold/sickness and it did help alleviate some symptoms, which was nice, but didn't eliminate it or anything.
The second time around I took Cold FX this past weekend when I felt I had a cold coming on and it really worked! The onset code didn't turn into a more serious one which saved my weekend and I've now become a Cold FX believer.
