The grooves on the face of the club are extremely precise and coated with a protective layer during the sandblasting process. There are also laser-etched microgrooves between the standard grooves to increase the friction surface of the club and allow for increased spin. Each club has a specially-placed cavity of space that alters the centre of gravity for forgiveness across the range of clubs. Each one also has a deep centre of gravity.
