The Exilim EX-10HG, announced to be available from October 2010, is a digital camera that is Casio's attempt to break the mold on what a camera should be. Instead of just taking pictures, the camera is capable of figuring out its own location anywhere on the planet.

Like the Exilim EX-H10, the Exilim EX-10HG is capable of geo-tagging, marking photos with their location, but unlike the older camera, this feature has been upgraded and modified so that it operates indoors and in congested areas. It works this way by using three-axis accelerometers and an orientation sensor which estimates the location based off of the last known point when a GPS location was still available. Though there aren't any reviews yet stating how accurate this feature is, no other cameras on the market or announced for the future claim this capability.
