The Canon PowerShot A3300 IS is a small point-and-shoot digital camera built to comfortably fit in a shirt pocket. This is an expansion of the Canon PowerShot A2200, with a more sensitive 16.0 megapixel sensor and a greater 5x wide-angle optical zoom.

The LCD display is now a larger 3.0 inches as well. Otherwise they are the same, with the ability to record video in 720p high definition and a Smart AUTO system that automatically selects camera settings from an internal database of 32 predefined shooting situations. The camera is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, and can run in discrete mode to prevent the flash from firing or any noises from the camera.
