Callaway Diablo Octane Driver
$300.00
Released October, 2010
The Pros:Available in a range of higher lofts- great for higher handicappers. Additional yards off the tee for mid-to-high handicappers, due to lighter weight and longer shaft. Super large sweet spot- slight off-center hit's will perform well.
The Cons:Does not deliver a traditional titanium driver sound. Lightweight club may result in people hooking the ball more than normal.

Additionally, the Diablo Octane Driver sports a Project X Graphite shaft for enhanced feel.
The Diablo Octane Driver's forged composite construction is lighter and stronger than titanium driver heads while still providing an extremely high MOI (Moment of Inertia). Its Hyperbolic Face Technology provides the Diablo with consistently high ball speeds across the club face by way of a chemical reduction process which selectively removes excess material. Meanwhile, the Diablo's Project X Graphite shaft is designed to best compliment the forged composite head, with greater length than shafts designed for titanium heads for enhanced feel.
