Boss BV9974B

$499.00 Released January, 2010

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Touch screen is highly responsive and makes navigation easier. Bluetooth connections turn car stereo into a speakerphone when paired with a cell phone. Overall feature set is relatively expansive considering the price compared to competing models.

The Cons:Display shows nothing but folders during mp3/music playback, looks boring. Unit sticks out of dash considerably and may actually be in the way of some cars' shifters. Bright blue colouring is somewhat distracting while driving at night, and cannot change this without shutting it off.

The Boss BV9974B is a high end car audio and video receiver. It's identical to the Boss BV9970 in every way, but also includes Bluetooth support to connect with your wireless devices. It features both a motorized, flip-out 7 inch touchscreen and a fully detachable front panel with illuminated buttons.
