Bike Trial Monty 221 kamel

As every year, Monty releases a new model at the first round of the World BikeTrial Championship.

Frame: Same geometry like the 2007 model whose success has been so great along the past months, but with some improvements which will make this model to be more competitive in front of their rivals.

Some points of the frame have been reinforced in order to give more resistance to the frame , and to get a much greater durability as well. One of the points to reinforce has been the supports of the skiplate, getting more security when hitting this part of the frame. Another point to reinforce has been the rear back frame caliper securing a much more braking and harder consistent.

The fork has been another point to reinforce, in this case, to give more resistance before the blows. The top tube is made in Chrome-moly, securing a great endurance when all the weight is placed on the front wheel.

Another introduced improvement has been the seat stays. They have been flattened in order to get a more clearance between the crank and the frame, avoiding, at the same time, any touching when the cranks flex.

All these improvements go accompanied with a total new decoration which combines the painting with polish finish to avoid the deterioration and gain endurance as well.

This new model is to available in August. You can already order your 221 Kamel 2009 at your usual shop.
