The Pros:Performance - one of the fastest 802.11n routers available. Unique design - features a sleek, monolith like aesthetic. Lots of multimedia features - integrates a DLNA server and supports BitTorrent downloads to an attached hard drive.
The Cons:Poor telephone support from the manufacturer. Very glossy - attracts fingerprints, dust and scratches. Many of the more advanced features require a Windows PC.
The Asus RT-N56U is an ultra-thin and super stylish 802.11a/b/g/n router announced at CeBIT 2010. It features dual band support and can supposedly handle up to 300,000 concurrent sessions. Plus the RT-N56U includes 4 Gigabit LAN ports, a Gigabit WAN interface, and two USB ports for connecting an external hard drive.

More importantly, the RT-N56U supports 3G HSDPA USB dongles and it itself can function as an FTP server, a Samba server, a BitTorrent server, and even a printer-share device. Additional features include an integrated NAT firewall and a DoS detection system.
