The ASUS M4N75TD is a higher-end nVidia SLI motherboard. It has the ATX form factor. It uses the nVidia 980a SLI chipset, which supports better and faster GPUs than the nForce 780a. Integrated into the BIOS are several ASUS overclocking features, such as Turbo V, which is in-BIOS overclocking configuration, and Turbo Key, which allows the user to configure the power button as an instant-on overclocking button.

The ASUS Energy Processing Unit integrates with the BIOS for energy-management features, such as intelligent fan monitoring, voltage monitoring, and power management. It also has an ASUS exclusive OS called Express Gate, that can be booted before Windows for quick access to Internet. Aside from the chipset differences between this motherboard and the ASUS M4N75TD, this motherboard adds an eSATA port instead of one of the internal SATA connectors.
