Signature to the 5738DG is that it is the first commercial notebook to sport a 3D display — called the TriDef 3D screen (15.6”) — that can be used with included 3D glasses to breath new life into games, movies, and photos. Other than the somewhat gimmicky 3D screen, the unit is essentially a budget desktop replacement laptop. Included is an ATI Mobility Radeon 4570 graphics card, 802.11b/g/n WLAN, gigabit LAN, and even an old-school modem.
